How does pricing scale as we grow?+
Self-Serve starts at $99/month and includes 500,000 events. As your volume grows, the cost per event drops, so you pay proportionally less the more you track. Past a certain scale, or if you have a more complex setup, a Custom Plan is usually the better deal. We will size it on a quick call.
What counts as an event?+
An event is any tracked action a user takes, a pageview, a signup, a purchase, a button click, and so on. You decide which actions matter, and with the Accelerator we design that event plan with you so you only track what answers a real business question.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Self-Serve comes with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it, but you will not be charged until the trial ends, and your price is locked for your first two months after that, so you can get your data in order without watching the meter.
What is the difference between Self-Serve and the Accelerator?+
Self-Serve is the software, you set it up and run it yourself, with an onboarding call to get going. The Accelerator is done-with-you: our experts build the entire system, schema, attribution, funnels, cohorts, and automation, and a full year of KISSmetrics is included. You apply for it rather than buy it off the shelf.
Can we move from Self-Serve to a Custom Plan later?+
Absolutely. Plenty of teams start on Self-Serve and move to a Custom Plan as volume grows or needs get more complex. Nothing is locked in, and we will help you find the plan that actually fits.
Do you offer annual or enterprise pricing?+
