What is actually free?+
A full workspace, no card: autocapture tracking, CLI setup and API access, AI chat, dashboards, metrics, live view and the core reports, with 100k events a month and three seats. Enough to run the system on your own data and judge it. The building tools, the modules and more volume are what you pay for.
What do I unlock on Growth?+
The building and scaling tools: Populations (behavioral audiences reused as filters everywhere), the complex query builder, the full report suite, 30+ integrations, and more extensive API access.
What is the difference between Growth, Silver, Gold and Custom?+
Growth, Silver and Gold are the exact same product and features. The only difference is volume and unit price: the more events you track, the less each one costs. Growth is $0.20 per 1k events, Silver $0.15, Gold $0.10 at 5M events. Above 5M, Custom is priced to your volume at a better rate than any published tier.
What counts as an event?+
Any tracked action a user takes: a pageview, a signup, a purchase, a click. You choose what matters, and autoconfiguration proposes a sensible starting set. If you go over your allowance, overages are automated onto your next invoice, so nothing ever stops working.
